solely use my artwork in any item for sale or free, you must incorporate your own design as well.
re-distribute/share/sell any of my artwork as it is received by you.
re-distribute/share/sell any of my planners or other printables (they are personal use only).
claim any of my artwork as your own in any way, copyright remains with me – Miss Tiina – Tina Raparanta.
re-distribute/share/sell any of my artwork for anything other than your customers own PERSONAL USE.
include my artwork in any .AI, .EPS, .PSD, .TIF, .TTF, .OTF, .SVG (or the likes), .ABR, or tube file formats.
turn any of my artwork over to any company for any reason.
produce any competing planners (printed or digital) with my artwork for sale or for free.
produce pre-made logos/branding concepts, pre-made web templates for sale or for free.
produce any commercial logos/branding, web designs, digitized embroidery files without purchasing the extended license fee below.
produce printed kits/elements, digital/rubber/clear stamps, print on demand, home wares, clothing, fabric, vinyl art/decals, electronic applications, published books, photography backdrops/props, or home decor without my written permission.
re-distribute/share/sell any of my artwork on print on demand sites such as Spoonflower, Snapfish, Cafe Press, Zazzle, Minted or online photo book/photo card sites such as Michaels/MiDesign, Mixbook, Photobook Canada, etc.
re-distribute/share/sell any of my artwork on sites such as Silhouette Design Store, Cricut Design Space, Project Life (digital or printed), etc.

BUT YOU CAN…

use my artwork to create DERIVATIVE digital scrapbook kit pieces, papers, & elements that you will sell (for personal use) to consumers themselves so long as the final result does not solely contain my artwork.
use my artwork in Free, Scrap For Hire and Scrap For Others kits you design – so long as the final result is delivered in a flattened .jpg/.png form and the customer agrees not to sell their creations for commercial use as well as does not make them available on any print on demand sites.
use my artwork on your NON-COMMERCIAL website/blog so long as the final result is displayed in a flattened .jpg/.png form and not more than 72dpi.
use my artwork to create DERIVATIVE hand-made jewelry, cards, invites, custom blog themes, printable collage sheets, photography albums/cards/storyboards, printable party supplies that you will sell to consumers themselves for PERSONAL USE ONLY in flattened .jpg/.png format.
use my artwork to create DERIVATIVE WALL ART PRINTS {printed and or printable} that YOU will sell to consumers themselves for PERSONAL USE ONLY in flattened .jpg/.png or printed format WITH CREDIT to Miss Tiina Digital Art in your listings.
use my artwork to create DERIVATIVE PLANNER STICKERS {printed and or printable} that YOU will sell to consumers themselves for PERSONAL USE ONLY in flattened .jpg/.png or printed format WITH CREDIT to Miss Tiina Digital Art in your listings.
create and sell lesson plans, work sheets, interactive whiteboard (IWB) lessons and other teaching materials using my artwork or fonts on Teachers Pay Teachers, Teachers Notebook, your blog & website – so long as the final results are delivered in secure PDF or flattened .jpg form and the customer is aware they are to only be used for their own classroom use as well as is aware they may not redistribute them.

LOGO / BRANDING / WEBSITE / EMBROIDERY LICENSE:

You may create a CUSTOM LOGO for yourself or a client or use an image in a CUSTOM commercial WEB DESIGN or use a single pack for DIGITIZED EMBROIDERY FILES by purchasing the appropriate licensing fee below.

To use my artwork in a CUSTOM LOGO the fee is $50.00 PER IMAGE PURCHASE LICENSE
To use my artwork in a CUSTOM WEBSITE design the fee is $20.00 PER IMAGE PURCHASE LICENSE
To use my artwork in DIGITIZED EMBROIDERY FILES the fee is $50.00 PER PACK PURCHASE LICENSE
To use my FONTS in DIGITIZED EMBROIDERY FILES the fee is $50.00 PER PACK PURCHASE LICENSE
